Superb from start to finish.
From walking into Bensons for Beds to the time of install and finally laying on my bed it was a pleasure - No pressure from the fantastic staff at Dartford - I had a few questions and wanted a quality bed - I was guided superbly and the in store mattress machine helped me pick the correct firmness and ordered after a 5 minute walk. I was kept in formed of my order and the delivery team called me to say they were on their way - The delivery and install was just as good and the superb install team had my bed installed exactly where I wanted and it was built to perfection and they even took away all rubbish and made no mess. very polite and friendly and a top quality build. Recommended !

My experience with Bensons in Dartford…
My experience with Bensons in Dartford was fantastic. The two members of staff, Karen and Shaneice i believe their names were, couldn't have possibly been more helpful. It was so refreshing to be greeted with good customer service and a smile. They also weren't pushy at all for me to go through with the purchase and explained all the various options I could go for. Not had some great experience with other retailers before especially when staff are miserable and just want to get the sale over with as quick as possible. Karen and Shaneice were brilliant, shame I don't have to go shopping for beds very often. 100% recommend to others in future.
