Paula the manager who dealt with my purchases was excellent. Described and shown me my various options to enable that l brought the right products. I cannot praise her enough she was excellent and made my shopping enjoyable and easy. I would highly recommend Bensons in Dover.

Good choice of mattresses. Staff were vey knowledgeable regarding the technical aspects of the products. We had Paula help us.

From the point at which I entered the store, Katie was helpful and professional. She listened to me and found a selection of beds that fitted my needs and in a price range that suited my budget.

Sales lady very polite and friendly. Talked me through every step of purchase and delivery. Delivery driver did ring 30mins before, and arrived on time. Both delivery men removed their shoes on entering and placed boxes exactly where l asked. They were quick, careful and polite. Good service.

The delivery was well within the timeframe. Great communication with regards to the delivery. Communicated by email, text and phone. The information was clear and everyone was very helpful and professional.

We think her name was Kate or Katie (short,young,20's/30's with long brown hair) very knowledgable about all the beds and mattreses. Nothing was too much trouble and was keen to get us the best deal. The majority of Sales people in any industry nowadays know nothing about the products they are selling and have to lookup the basics and customers often knowing more, so it was refreshing to see this. We hope your appreciated!

I purchased a bed which was delivered in October I also paid a man to assemble it. The mechanics did not work. I have had nothing further. I arranged to change two single mattresses for one superking one. This was delivered without the mattress protector, which after some liaising with the store was due in 7 days, that was 4 weeks ago. Still nothing. I went into the store yesterday, asking for one from stock. The man in the store was completely out of control and started yelling and shouting at me that he was refusing to help me and that I would have to sort it out with customer services. He then shouted that I was now barred from the store. I emailed CS regarding this, but got an answer saying they are experiencing a large volume of emails at the moment, and aim to answer my email within 3-5 days.

Paul and Natalie was very helpful and helped us to get the mattress we liked. Good service

Very helpful staff, helped me to find the right combination at the right price with a good delivery date to the store, didn't get exactly what I wanted due to the delivery date but a good compromise was found.

Having delayed replacing my mattress for too long due to pressures on the purse, it was great to be shown a good range of alternatives that were within my price bracket.
I made my selection with confidence assisted by the very helpful sales person who provided the info including aftercare, delivery and taking away my old mattress.
Can't wait to receive my purchase soon!

We picked the mattress because Paula in the Whitefield branch explained the ins & outs of a few mattresses and she was very good at her job so my wife & I had a very good experience thanks to Paula so thank you👍

This was a trip to buy a second bed in a week from Bensons. We cancelled an order with Emma because they couldn't fulfill their contract and as we were so happy with the service we'd experienced with Bensons we decided to return.
Caylee was very helpful and stepped back from bombarding us with too much information as she knew we'd been in recently. She was very helpful when needed and we were able to make our decision with ease. We were even able to accept a delivery date on the same day as our first order.
Fingers crossed for the delivery!
