The staff in Dumfries were very helpful and didn't rush me into a decision. The service which you offer that sets up the new bed and removes the old one is very helpful.

Charlie got quite rude and tried to say initially there wasnt any discount but I had it in an email. So not happy at all with the lack of service and help after their cockup!!!!!!!!
