Bensons For Beds - Eastbourne390 Avaliações

Knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy

We were able to test every (and I mean EVERY) bed with no hassle from sales personnel.
One of the staff introduced themselves and said they were happy to answer any questions we may have, but we weren't followed around, or continually asked how we were getting on.
When we did have a question it was answered without a sales pitch as to why we should buy the more expensive of our short listed mattresses.
We left the shop after about an hour for a cuppa to mull over our pros and cons for each mattress we had narrowed our choice down to, and when we went back (which showed our intent to buy) we were still left to make our own choice.
When we made our decision the sales person went through everything thoroughly.
We're now looking forward to the arrival of our new Tempur mattress ( with free pillows!)

The salesman was very helpful explaining the difference of each mattress

Easy onkine ordering process. Local store to go and try need if needed - which we did after ordering and changed our minds..... Easy to cancel and change order, very helpful lady assisted on the phone. Delivery was on time and professional friendly guys. Couldn't be happier with them or the bed good price too.

It was so easy to shop online
Choosing the right bed it was so simple as well

The staff were really helpful and polite, did not feel rushed to complete the sale, great experience

Good layout of bedroom furniture - helpful and attentive staff

I was able to wander around a vast number of beds and mattresses on display at my leisure - with a sales advisor, at a comfortable distance, to answer any questions I might have. This led to my feeling that I had spent sufficient time in making a considered choice of a suitable bed base and mattress. A far better experience than making a "blind" online purchase.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent display of beds. No sales pressure, and time allowed to make ones choice.
