Bensons For Beds - Eastbourne390 Avaliações

Mike in store was extremely helpful also he remembered my Husband and I from 3 years ago when we then made a purchase

Excellent customer service. A large selection of beds on display to view and try. Leah was very knowledgeable and friendly - she was very patient and able to help us find the perfect bed and mattress to suit our needs. We really liked the fact we could choose different items from different displays to fit our requirements.

Staff amazing so helpful welcoming and professional

I found the staff to be very knowledgeable & extremely helpful but not pushy, I appreciate that

The service that we received from the Bensons employee was very helpful, he was very friendly and it was much appreciated.

No pressure from salesman just left to browse products until I had chosen which bed I wanted and if I had had quethey were happy to help.

Ade was helpful but not pushy. Gave advice but let us look. Exceptional customer service. Products reasonably priced delivery dates before Xmas. Thank you

Walked into Eastbourne store. Both guys sitting at same desk. No other customers in store. Nobody approached me. After looking around and finding the right bed I then went to find someone to purchase from. One guy on phone and other disappeared. I sat on a bed for a while waiting. Nobody approached me, so I got online and bought bed with mattress elsewhere and then walked out. Lost sale.

Great service very attentive and friendly sales manager can't wait to receive our new mattress.

Leah made our experience great! Her customer service was amazing, very helpful, polite, natural, not pushy but still trying to upsell in a very nice manner. The company should be proud of her. Thank you, Leah!!!

From the moment we entered the store In Eastbourne we recieved a warm welcome from all members of the team. After discussing our requirements Leah diligently shortlisted a few options for us that were perfect. As a busy person I cannot afford much time and we were in and sorted completing our purchase within 30 minutes this includes the fact finding and recommendation stage. Very satisfied.

Leah & Nick were very professional and helpful.

The customer service I have received from Ade (Eastbourne) was 1st class. The knowledge of the product, the care involved in making sure I purchase the best product at best price made for an excellent experience. Thank you

Michael was helpful and knowledgeable about products and had a friendly and trustworthy approach. I have bought 3 items now from Eastbourne store and always found the staff helpful and pleasant.

Great, the lovely young lady was easy to talk to, she took on board what our needs were and showed us all our options. And more importantly there was no ' hard sell" and we had as much time as we needed. We eventually bought our bed and walked away very happy.

Great customer service from the assistant. Very knowledgeable, and helpful. Got me the best deal.
