Arthur was really helpful and when I described what I was looking for knew which products might suit. Gave me plenty of time and space to try each mattress and was very accommodating in setting up a delayed delivery.

The sales officer was very practical, hands-on and friendly. Gary took his time to explain the different options available which made a huge difference in influencing our decisions.

Good and friendly customer service, the only reason ii is not 5 stars is the excessively long wait time for the product which we weren’t told until after the sales pitch.

Gary was extremely helpful when showing us the mattresses that met our requirements. He also encouraged us to lie on them for a few minutes to ensure we would experience how they re ally felt when the body settled in. We chose the mattress and pillows we wanted but delayed purchasing in the hope that the 20% discount would be increased I. The January sale. Gary contacted us a few days later to advise that two pillows were included in the 20% offer which would be better value that 25% off. We thought about and agreed with him. An additional extra £50 to collect our old mattress was waived and a delivery date of 22 January earlier than expected. All in all a first class experience.

I’ve already done this twice. Generally I was pleased with contacts with Bensons- some glitches eg head board and base didn’t match. Also problem with non delivery of mattress protectors Andy requested cancellation of insurance.
However I’m enjoying the bed. You could warn customers about accessing existing bedside tables ,lamps etc and develop products for this.
Please don’t request feedback again.

I found the staff at the Straiton branch to be very helpful. They asked relevant questions and explained the various mattresses. When I told Hayleigh that I also wanted a base and headboard she again explained the various options.
There was no pressure to buy.
