From store to delivery, the service was great! Thank you to Nadeem from the Edmonton store who was very informative and accommodating to my requirements for a bed, and thank you to the delivery guys Antonio and Phil for providing the best delivery service of my new bed, making sure it was delivered straight to my room and making sure everything was positioned correctly!

Really helpful customer service at the Edmonton shop. Especially Zein and his colleague. I am grateful for the support we received in choosing the right spending given that mattresses are a decent investment and they guided us through the right fit. The delivery and Sealy mattress Posturepedic are great too. We will be back and recommend!

Great customer service!
Great customer service.as soon as we got into the store were approached and greeted with a friendly smile and in a polite manner by Zain. I like that you have a store and also a phone line to call so you can deal with real people and not a robot. Everything was explained really well. Would have liked to be offered a hot or cold beverage during the experience.
