Avoid at all costs - guarantee WORTHLESS
Avoid at all costs.
My mattress that I paid over £800 for has collapsed in several places after only 2 years.
I attempted to claim on the guarantee but Bensons said that becasue the slats on my bed were more than 7cm apart that I had to accept a trashed mattress.
Awful company who will try their best to weedle out of their worthless guarantee however they can. Order number:A6903476

Great service. Jamie from the Falkirk branch was great and very patient whilst we tried nearly every mattress in the shop before making a decision.

From arriving in the showroom we were greeted warmly.
We were given time to try out the beds whilst being given the information regarding the beds which helped us make our decision.
The professionalism of staff in the Falkirk shop was excellent.
Communication from Bensons regarding when our bed was being made & delivery instructions was excellent.
Delivery driver and assistant were courteous, put on shoe covers.
The whole experience was excellent & certainly would recommend Benson for beds.

Bought an electrical adjustable bed…
Bought an electrical adjustable bed last year and this is third time it has broken down very disappointed. The adjustable function works using Bluetooth and I can’t remember being advised of that at time of purchase. They also contract out repairs and the waiting time for this service is unacceptable. Will never use Bensons again
