From the moment I stepped in the door there was no pressure from the sales team. When I did ask for advice, Amy was amazing, she took me through all my options and was amazing at coming up with exactly what I wanted. Arrangements for delivery where simple, Amy gave clear instructions as to the process and the date I could expect my bed.

We found the assistant, Lesley, to be knowledgeable about the products and interested to hear what we were looking for. She completed a test of our sleeping habits on the specialised bed and helped us to obtain our differing preferences . She allowed us time to try out the two beds we identified as what we wanted and to have privacy to discuss how we would proceed. She processed the order very efficiently.

We recently visited Bensons off Great Western Road and Kevin was extremely helpful regarding our purchase of a mattress explaining the differences between the different types. He also gave us time to browse around on our own and we were not hurried in any way. A pleasant experience.

Really liked the regular communications about the making of mattress. Delivery was so smooth with phone call half an hour before within time slot. The 2 men were so efficient and skilled that everything went smoothly. Will certainly recommend Benson fir beds to my friends
