Bensons For Beds - Glasgow Great Western660 Avaliações

Great service from Benson's in Drumchapel, from the sales to the team who delivered and assembled and their telephone advisors, all have been brilliant.
Thank you 😊

Overall a good experience, from the purchase to the delivery the communication was excellent. I have stated before that I am disappointed that you do not build in the removal of the old mattresses, however, in this day and age I understand but feel the amount as an extra for removal is excessive. I wish to say that the guys who delivered the new items were terrific, respectful and with a great attitude.

Delivered on time. Delivery guys very polite and took items to where i wanted them. Customer service really good. Nothing was a problem.

information given first class delivered as promised George and Ally pleasant and charming so helpful thank you Benson for beds 10 * given.

Extremely helpful and patient member of staff.
We had time and space to try multiple mattresses and ask many questions.
The time helped us home in on the best options for us.
We were not made to feel stressed or rushed.

This is the second time I have bought a bed from Bensons and can’t fault the service from the purchase in the shop till the delivery of the beds. Absolutely excellent service

Qasir went beyond his way to help me find the perfect bed/mattress. He took his time and listened to what I wanted and needed. And helped me narrow down the best option for me. Amazing customer service. Thanks!

A person was very helpful to me in the shop and picked out a wardrobe with good and wood.

Friendly, very knowledgeable sales adviser

The staff member that served me was very helpful and very friendly I believe the staff member name was Fay she was in from other branch

An amazing choice of beds and mattresses. Staff well informed and very helpful.
Plenty of time to lie on different beds to test out what suits, with the option to change it for up to 49 days after delivery. Looking forward to our new mattress!

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful

The sales person was very helpful, explained everything we wanted and helped us again whne we returned to buy our mattress

On entering Benson’s for Beds at Great Weston Retail Park we were met by a helpful sales assistant. I knew what I wanted and she showed me various alternatives at different price levels. I soon chose the style I wanted and she gave me a quotation. I said I would get back to her when I had spoken to my husband which I did.

Qaisar was very helpful in taking us around the showroom and explaining the differences between the various medium firm mattresses on display. His knowledge of the various mattresses helped us decide on our choice of mattress. Very pleased with the service.

Very helpful and considerate staff and no pressure to rush a decision or to take on extra expenses like insurance etc.

Staff were courteous, friendly and gave us good advice about types of bed available.

They gave us time to make our mind up about which mattress to choose.

We made what we hope was a good choice of mattress and pillow.

Thank you.

Very attentive
