John at the Guildford store was amazing from the time we set foot in the store. Great guy with amazing knowledge in the industry, helped us understand our options, how pricing changes performance and quality, and provided us with the right context to make an informed decision in the end. Great balance between letting us wander in the store and trying out beds and stepping in when needed to answer questions and help. A great salesperson putting customers first.

Tempur smell, long delivery time!
It was not mentioned that I could no longer use my electric underblanket on my Tempur mattress, nor was I made aware that the extremely noxious smell from the mattress would render my bedroom unusable for a week (or more). Currently I have been sleeping on the sofa for four nights...and counting! I have followed instructions concerning "off-gassing" and some Tempur reviews advise this for SIX WEEKS!
The bed won't be delivered for another 3 months, so perhaps you'd like to get in touch again at the end of the summer, when I've had a chance to sample both my purchases!

Great service.
My son needed a new bedframe and mattress, and I needed a new mattress. We went to the Guildford branch where Zared helped us. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and very friendly.He showed us options, and talked us through them, and recommended mattress covers, and pillows. For a reasonable chare, the goods will be delivered, the bed assembled, and the mattresses put in place.Great service.
