The Bensons for Bed delivery experience was excellent. They informed 3 days before the delivery, they arrived on time as promised to deliver and assemble the bed and look after the new mattress. Very courteous, willing to help with everything, polite and friendly team. I highly recommend the Bensons for Bed for their products and the delivery service. Excellent customer service.

Friendly and helpful staat the store, abke to lay and try many mattress and pillows. Also used the bed that analysed which mattress suited my body which was useful.
Kept me regular updated via email on my mattress and delivery.
On the day of delivery the driver called me to say when delivery would be. Delivery persons helpful and friendly, overall a very positive experience.

Everything went smoothly, delivery great. We were kept well informed.

We were looking for a replacement mattress but were right at the beginning of the search and decided to pop out to our nearest bed store for an initial look - Bensons For Beds (although we thought it was called Dreams - sorry!). A couple of hours later, we were satisfied that we didn't need to look anywhere else and had found the ideal mattress and bought it. The Sleep Pro technology provided a good start and Ann gave just the right amount of advice and stepping back to give us time to decide for ourselves. The price seemed good and the delivery date offered was earlier than expected. Delivery was made today - communication in advance and on the day was good, the delivery was straightforward and the team helped me move the old mattress downstairs. 10/10.
