Complete con. Don’t waist your time with this company. They sold me a matresss and after a while it ended up with a dip on it gave me back problems. Ended up going to a osteopath treatments. Complained to benson for beds for my matress. They sent a technical guy out with a ruler to measure the dip and said it’s ok. He said Just turn your matress every month around. Don’t trust them they ain’t worth the time or money. completely conn

Everything about my experience was acceptable. The salesperson in shop. The delivery and setup persons. They made it so easy to choose and enjoy my new bed. Thanks

Extra ordinary staff with excellent customer service. I’ve received online support and my goods delivered with care. My goods delivery team Raymond and Kwame did inform me time to time on the way to deliver the food to me and they were very polite and handled the goods very carefully

My mother wanted to buy a new bed. We went to the store picked a bed and opted for the interest free finance option as advertised. My mother paid the deposit and then we sat painfully for an hour as the salesman tried to process the finance option. He was unable to proceed, mentioned there was an error with the PC. We were told to return to the store, which is frustrating as its a little bit of a drive away so weren't to keen on returning. However my mother went back to give all her details again. This time they told her the finance had been rejected, this is understandable as my mother doesn't work anymore never used a credit card. She said not to worry can my son put it on his name, they said sure please tell him to come in. I went in spent 90 mins in the store and they were unable to process the finance option. i asked what was the issue they told me there is an issue on their side and they will take my details call me and process later. Weeks had gone by and no one rang. I called them to check on what was happening, they told me they kept getting an error when processing my finance information and that was it. i found it incredibly rude that we placed a 3k bed order paid a deposit of nearly £600 and this was the feedback. On the phone they were so rude that we decided to cancel the order and take our business elsewhere. Since then i have spoken to customer services on 3 occasions and they absolutely useless. They are unable to process the refund, they are unable to offer anything by the way of compensation for the awful experience, and furthermore they are unable to actually get in touch with the store branch to actually process our refund. Please do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs!!

Although the staff in your Hayes branch were very helpful and very informative of the different mattresses, we ended up buying online as we could get a better deal.
Also you charge delivery and a disposal charge, adding up to a total of £75 which I feel is to expensive.

We arrived at Dreams first in Hayes (Middlesex) and as soon as we walked in the door my mum and I felt pressure from the moment we stepped inside. Being a salesman myself i found the process uncomfortable. So then we went next door to to Bensons. The whole process was move relaxed and helpful. SYED was fantastic from start to finish. I would recommend this company to anyone. Great service. Thank you Syed we will be back for some pillows soon. Jason and Sue

Ordered 3 bed frames and 3 mattresses. Delivery date was 22/12/2022. On the day of delivery got a call saying 2 bed frames cannot be delivered. Later that day they said they found 1 item so finally 2 bed frames and 3 mattresses was delivered. They do not do assembly so had to hire someone. When the packaging was opened both the bed frames have damages. They said they will sent replacement on 17/01/2023. On 17th afternoon I got a call to tell that only one item will be delivered. They do not have anyone to disassemble the old one, assemble the new one and take away the packaging. This packaging is huge and not easy to dispose. If I trusted them, I would have ended up sleeping on cold floor until next delivery date which is 27/01/2023. If you are looking for quality service, peace of mind and less stress avoid ordering from Bensons for beds. They had lot of good review in past but its all changed now. They don't have delivery slots, they do not have staffs to assemble and overall they are not cheap. I would never ever buy from them. I have to now pay someone to disassemble, then after delivery pay someone to assemble the new ones and then pay someone to dispose the packaging. And if they do not deliver on the date, you end up paying multiple times like how it happened for me today. Just another stress during a home move.

Furniture is great but I have found very uncomfortable service from that store.

The staff was helpful, explained everything. There was a little delay in the system to process the order.
