Ordered a bed
Ordered a bed, headboard and mattress from the Kettering store. Jai spent time with us choosing the right mattress, he was knowledgeable and very friendly helping us to choose the right bed and mattress to suit us. We were kept informed of how the process was going and given a delivery date and slot. Stevie called half an hour before his arrival and arrived dead on time. When the item was delivered Stevie and his colleague were really efficient, friendly and informative on how to look after our bed and get the best out of it. They did notice marks on the bed base and headboard so reported this back. I also went into the store and Jai was so helpful and apologetic. By the time I got home I had a new delivery slot for thr replacement items. So lovely to deal with really genuine and helpful people and also a company that wants to look after it's customers 😀

So far great sales service
So far great sales service. I used their test bed to find the best matches. Tried all the recommended beds with some help from the salesman. The left alone try them again on my own til I whittled down my preferred bed. No pressure to purchase and great advice given. Bed ordered and waiting to see if I picked my dream bed.

Kettering showroom was well stocked clean and bright. The staff were brilliant at helping me find what I needed and gave me time to think about it and come back when I was sure. Such a lovely sales team . Would recommend them

As we all know benson beds are famous for its product , when we checked in store we had a good welcome and staffs were very good they explained everything regarding products and we were happy with everything.. we are waiting for delivery but service and staff were good .
