I am very pleased with the experience of choosing a new bed at Bensons for Beds. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly , helping us make the right choice. Their communication post sales was excellent and the whole process up to delivery was smooth. The quality of their products is excellent.

From start to finish we have had the best experience with Bensons for Beds from John the sales man from our lical store in Llanelli who put up with us going there 3 times before deciding on a bed and base delivery was so much faster than we thought another plus for us we paid £60 to have the base fitted as it was an ottoman base we thought it best to leave it to the experts they respected our home by moving everything upstairs and taking all the rubbish away repeatedly asked if we were happy with the final result which we were along with all the excellent communication via email for our order and delivery plus an email to ask if we were happy with our purchase all in all we would recommend Bensons for Beds and will be useing them again ☺️

Excellent service and advice from the moment i entered the store. Absolutely no pressure to purchase immediately. I was given all the information I needed.
When my decision was made to make my purchase, the experience was excellent. Each step was explained. I was given the delivery date of my choice.
The delivery was also excellent. I was informed of my time slot 3 days before, received a telephone call the day of delivery.
To conclude, thank you to John at the Llanelli branch for all his advice and assistance. Mandy and her colleague who delivered my wardrobe.
The product itself, the Bergen Wardrobe, is fantastic. Stylish and solid. Worth every penny.

Excellent customer service/ customer care from the start -from John the salesman (Llanelli)who took the time/care to listen to what I needed selecting the right mattress suitable and from Bensons delivery service - which I had to change a delivery date due to unforeseen circumstances - they constantly kept me informed regarding my updated delivery/time schedule and the friendly delivery guys contacted me an hr before to say when to expect delivery/ recycling my old Mattress stress free which I also bought from Bensons several yrs ago too -excellent quality mattress/customer support/service

Great sales team, great looking bed, great service from delivery guys.....but the bed arrived with a broken piston (who was in charge of quality control?) the assembly pictures were rubbish and seemed to be written by a computer programmer and not a real human.
Some screws were cross threaded and driven right in, nightmare to remove and threads wrecked 😞😞 very disappointed considering I spent more than a thousand pounds. Phoned Llanelli store for a replacement and they can't just whack a couple of bits in the post!! You have to phone a central number!! Take a video, wait. Crap

I spoke to Ian and Joe in particular at the Llanelli branch and they were both super knowledgable and helpful whilst not being pushy. I’m only sorry this purchase won’t be credited to him but I’d like to recognise him all the same.
