Issue with original bed and delivery. Upon going into the Milton Keynes branch, the problem was quickly resolved with excellent customer service and a new bed was promptly delivered with no hassle.

Great experience the whole way through.

The man that was serving us in store, Ali was really knowledgeable and helpful. Not pushy at all but just really wanted us to make a purchase that was right for us.

Delivery was within 1 week. Terry & Nigel called ahead of delivery and were well within the timeframe provided. Very friendly.

Despite the numerous questions and doubts we had our seller Prash was always very patient and polite. Finally we made what I believe is a great purchase. The fact of having in the store several mattresses and beds to try on helped us a lot. Just waiting for our delivery!!

Really good experience from our advisor who was both friendly and knowledgable. She was not pushy and allowed us time to reflect, make our decisions and provide options for us that were both helpful and informative. A very pleasant experience.

The staff were very helpful. We explained what we needed, they made suggestions according to that and then gave us ample time and space to comfortably assess the options and make the decision.

It was good that on entering the premises we were able to browse the products without being set upon by an over enthusiastic staff member. Once we found what we thought we were looking for we approached a member of staff who gave us some useful information about the product and the options of colours and firmness of mattress available. On visiting Bensons showroom we were helped in finding the beds we were interested in but did not feel pressured into making a choice.
The staff were helpful and professional. We will be happy to use Bensons again in purchasing items that we need

It was a simple shopping experience, I was able to find the right bed and frame with the help of Mira.
Edit: 27/01/26:
I was told by the delivery driver outside my house on 23/01/26 that he could not deliver as the door number was missing off the finance agreement he had to hand. I said this was not my error and told me to call Bensons to resolve. Upon calling Bensons were unable to get the driver to deliver as Bensons had to reach out to the finance company. I checked my finance agreement which was complete with a door number. The error was made by someone at Bensons. I am left without a bed. I got a text and email saying delivery is now booked for 6/2/26 which is two weeks without a bed. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed.

Ben at the Milton Keynes’s store was really friendly and helpful when I was buying my new bed. He took me and my boyfriend on the machine and then showed us all the recommended beds. He was really knowledgable and didn’t pressure us at all which we liked as we had that happen at a different bed store. He really took his time to explain everything to us and helped us to make our choice, thank you Ben

Two beds to be delivered and assembled. Arrived within the time slot specified and two fitters brought the beds into the house and up to their relevant rooms. Within an hour both were assembled, one fitter to each bed. All packaging removed. One room will be having new wardrobes and carpets in the New Year and one of the fitters took time out to give some advice about manoeuvering the bed and dis-assembly and re-assembly if needed.

When choosing our new ottoman divan bed in store helpful salesperson who gave us space and time but was there to answer questions when needed. Good communication pre delivery and on the day of delivery very efficient and helpful customet service from the two person team of Charlie and Tony . Pleased with the product which is of good quality.
