From beginning to end this purchase was seamless. From the customer service to delivery everyone has been super friendly and helpful. The bed is fabulous. We have only had it a few days but sleeping so well.

Charles and Ali at Bensons for Beds was really helpful from start to finish. From doing the sleepPRO analysis to helping us choose the right mattress to completing the finance options.
This was the first retailer we visited, so we wanted to see what was available from other retailers before we agreed to a purchase.
Overall really great service from the team and good selection of Beds to choose from.

We had such a great time with Charles looking around at mattresses. We had just been in Dreams and tried the sleep pro analysis machine for some help with an initial direction, and found what kind of mattress we were looking for. After going over to Bensons for Beds, meeting Charles (who was so sweet and helpful), and seeing what they had there, we decided to treat ourselves and go with the iGel Nanotech 3000i. Fell in love with it, felt no unnecessary pressure from Charles at all. He just wanted to help us figure out what we wanted to do. Would recommend this store to anyone!

Excellent service, a quality product and a much better sleep

Staff in the showroom were very knowledgable and gave lots of relevant information and space to decide. Once decided he was not pushy about insurance and extras. I waited until after delivery to leave a review as I live in an awkward area but the two delivery guys were polite and on a very hot day, never uttered a word delivering the mattress quickly. Very impressive.
