We had a great service throughout from Bensons. The staff were very helpful in the shop and we were kept well informed of the delivery times on the day itself.

Emma who assisted me In choosing bed could not have been more helpful. She was very patient with me even though the shop was getting quite busy. She explained the delivery process to me and the 40day trial period. She really made me feel comfortable as I was on my own.

Great experience in store. The lady showed me what I had been looking at on line tried it out and bought it along with a really good pillow. The delivery came within the slotted day and time. Drivers took my old mattress away first, then brought the new one in and took it upstairs for me and placed it on the bed frame. They were going to leave the wrapping on it but I asked if they would take it off for me, they did with no bother. There is only one thing that I could complain about , when registering the 5 year guarantee it asks for a code which is on the mattress label which is stitched to the mattress and this just happened to be at the top end of the mattress beside the headboard which is a little akward to get to. The mattress is fairly heavy and trying to move it by myself was proving difficult. I had to pull the mattress down at the bottom of the bed as much as I could but still could read it, eventually got a picture with my phone in an awkward position. Please ask your drivers to make sure this label is at the bottom end of the bed or let the customer write it down before they place it on the bed frame.

Bensons For Beds offer an excellent selection of beds and mattresses at very reasonable prices. It's good to have a shop where you can try before you buy, instead of purchasing online, especially when it comes to maintaining a good night's sleep! We received excellent customer care from Emma, who also arranged the delivery of our new mattress and the recycling of our old one too. The delivery was as scheduled and the 2 lads were very friendly, helpful and courteous. Therefore, I'd have no hesitation in recommending Bensons For Beds to friends and family. Had 3 deliveries 1st bed broke 2nd broke and soaked with rain when they got off van so refused delivery 3rd bed damaged so had enough and went else were never used benson for beds ever again.
