The salesperson was helpful and informative in store. This made it easier to reach a decision on eventual purchase.

Went to store to look at Tempur mattress. Was advised on the firmness needed due to medical condition. Signed up for finance and payed large deposit. Told about 40 night guarantee however was not told about the 10% fee if need to be changed. Delivery date was changed via email! Mattress arrived could not fault the delivery guys. Mattress does not feel anything like the stores ours is like sleeping on concrete! Logged a call with customer services after 3 days to be told give it 2 weeks which we did. Visited store to raise our concerns after 2 weeks to then be informed about the 10% fee if changed. When challenged this I was told it must be a training error! Manager also advised you should give a mattress 8 weeks however the guarantee is for 40 nights!!!Engineer has been out however still waiting for customer services to do a final check which I was told they were doing 2 weeks ago to receive a phone call asking what's is wrong. Checks still needs to be submitted!! I seem to be chasing customer services. It's now been 6 weeks of not being able to sleep in my own bed alongside my husband with no knowledge of when this will be fixed. Medical condition has been made worse. Mattress is a lot harder than in-store even the engineer agreed he had not felt a Tempur as hard as the one we have received. To top it off to change the mattress it will cost me another 250 plus delivery fee!!! What a joke never buy from Benson's again!

Service was excellent and Simon was very professional, helpful and accommodating. He was very efficient in providing us with an updated order after we have made changes a day after placing the original order.

We had done our research prior to visiting the store which made the process easier. When we had decided on the firmness, it was just a matter of speaking with John, where we respectfully agreed on a price to seal the deal. John was professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. Would recommend Bensons if you are in the market for a new mattress

Simon was so helpful and knowledgeable - he made choosing an ottoman bed, mattress and headboard in my preference and affordability very easy.

This is my first purchase from Bensons, and I was impressed by the professionalism of the salesman, who was patient, informative, polite and efficient. I also found the price of my new bed to be very reasonable. As I have not yet received my new bed, I'm hoping that the quality will be as good as the instore service that I received.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Bensons for beds is by far the best place to come to for beds or mattresses because of their high quality and affordable prices compared to other retailers who charge an absolute fortune for extremely poor quality.

Unfortunately we had to return a mattress that had gone lumpy over time, but Bensons were helpful, they let us use the credit on a bed rather than another mattress. It was all quite painless.
