A lovely experience in shop. Staff available to ask questions and advice, but no pressure sales used. Plenty of time to chat over and decide on needs.

I buy mattress and bed frame from bensons. I like the mattress. I have little issue with the quality of bed. It was delivered me almost a month late then initially agreed date which I am hoping some compensation but not sure yet. Delivery experience was nice , they put my bed / mattress in the room of my choice.

A great experience both with purchasing and delivery. Couldn't have been better. Staff at the store and the delivery guys were excellent.

Went in looking for a new bed for our new house and the sales associate/manager Declan was amazing! He showed us the new sleep technology, helped us set it up and showed us all the beds with ease. He gave us the best deal and i am so happy with what we picked out.

Ray was extremely helpful and had all the answers to my questions. He was not pushy unlike some sales people at other stores. He had practical advise when asked and made the process easy. He was honest about delivery and removal costs.

The people delivering the new bed contacted us to let us know what time they would arrive. They were very efficient & worked quickly together, but also made time to explain about the best way to prolong the life of the mattress.

Declan made the purchase very easy and maximised our savings which was great!
