Great service and competively priced beds. Very helpful staff

I found the Divan Set I wanted on the Benson's website and visited the Orpington store to check it out and hopefully make the purchase. The Sales person and manager were very helpful and we soon agreed a final price and concluded the deal. The delivery crew kept in touch right up to delivery. The 2 delivery guys were very polite and efficient. My bedroom is in the upstairs of a converted Bungalow, with some tight corners, they managed the King sized mattress with ease!

A very helpful and knowledgeable man at the store I took his advise about my purchase and so glad I do the mattress is absolutely perfect and fantastic quality delivery guys very very polite and helpful service was perfect and store staff perfect too

Paul at the Orpington store was extremely helpful in finding me the best mattress and TV Bed option for my needs. He answered all my questions and made the process seamless. I’d definitely recommend using Bensons for Beds for your purchase.

Wide variety of mattresses to choose from. Knowledable staff who weren’t pushy or trying to upsell. Good experience overall.

Great service of Max from Orpington London Store - We had a great experience with Max at the Orpington store, who is friendly, professional and extremely helpful throughout the whole process, walked extra miles to understand our needs and offer options available. Highly recommended!

The team in the store were brilliant when we came to purchase our mattress, so patient and helpful and answered all of our questions and volunteered info we hadnt thought of.

The delivery team were also fantastic, they communicated ahead of time, they were so polite and helpful. They took their shoes off straight away and were so efficient with the delivery and removal, honestly we couldnt have asked for a better service overall

Excellent service and experience. Mark and Alan were very professional and quick.

Really helpful salesman (Nick) explained all the products fully made helpful suggestions but without any pressure and gave me time to weigh up all the different options good delivery window too not too long to wait very happy with whole retail experience

First class service and the most comfortable classy bed. A stress free experience the moment stepped into the store in Orpington! The delivery guys were magnificent and deserve praise for their spatial awareness skills. So respectful and friendly. I cannot recommend Benson's enough.

Very helpful staff. They knew all about each bed/mattress and which would be suitable for both of us. Kash and Max were so helpful thank you

Excellent service and updating regarding delivery

Very helpful & respectful

Tom in the Orpington branch was great, very patient and showed us all the items we were interested in and also suggested better options for our needs. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured in buying anything. We went with his suggestion for mattress as it felt great and also got a bed frame and a sofa bed. It was a great experience and I would definitely go back if I ever need any furniture.

Excellent bed worth the money

Great customer service in store very knowledgeable. Fast delivery time and great drivers who took away my old mattress & replaced with the new one and removed all the packing and disposed of it.

I had a great experience at Bensons for Beds. I bought a mattress from them around four years ago and knew I wanted the same one again, but I couldn’t remember the exact name. The lady in the store was fantastic and went above and beyond to help. She managed to find my previous purchase on the system, which meant I could order the same comfortable mattress for my new king-size bed.

She was extremely helpful, friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. Excellent customer service and a really stress-free experience. Highly recommend.

Great staff, good service, timely delivery and comfortable bed. Recommend them

From going to the shop and dealing with a lady named Kash to the delivery could not fault the service, highly recommend.
