We were served promptly and efficiently by a pleasant assistant who quickly helped us choose and buy a mattress. He also arranged delivery and recycling of our old mattress without any fuss. Well done Bensons!

We did not feel pressured and although we had chosen the mattress at the displayed price the salesman then informed us it was actually cheaper than displayed by nearly £140 so very happy indeed

Bensons for Beds needs to ensure there is parity between the stores and online. Stores are often put in difficult situations as there are online flash discounts which stores don't have access too. There are other cashback providers such as TopCashback which are online only so limiting what stores can do.

The sole member of staff (due to illness- and localised flooding ) sorted out our order in a pleasant manner despite the vagaries of the IT system

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. This is the third bed and second sofa bed we have bought from Bensons because we like the customer service and the staff have been there to support, but not pushy (which I find very off-putting).

We were given time to browse before we were approved a member of staff. He answered questions and was very helpful.
