Excellent experience. Could not have been better.

AVOID AT ANY COST ! Rude and unhelpful staff! If you wish to return they will charge you 20% value of the item. This shop if far form being professional and costumer frendly !!! They will NOT inform you of any scams they have in their sleave! READ EVERYTHING! I STRONGLY ADVISE FIND SAME PRODUCTS ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOURSELF STRESS! EVEN ONE STAR IS WAY TOO MUCH!!! THIS SHOP SHOULD NOT EXISTS NO WONDER IT WAS SHUT IN THE PAST ! Put the bed together just to find out it is broken ! Springs that should lift the mattress up does NOT work !

I was allowed time to walk around the store to look at products before being approached. Once I had decided on a product I was given useful information about it (colour options, delivery, and optional extras). At no time was I rushed or badgered into selecting extras and was able to ask as many questions as I liked. All in all, an easy experience.

Sarah was brilliant. Gave us lots of options and was very knowledgable about the products on offer.
Gave us time to try out the mattresses and we didn’t feel like it was a hard sell.
Would definitely recommend to anyone.
