I ordered the Alster wardrobes 4 drawer chest and bed side cabinet , in April the delivery came 17th June, I was really apprehensive, thinking they probaly be damaged etc. But i was pleasantly surprised. The 2 delivery drivers were really polite and very professional installed them ,and the bedroom looks amazing , good quality, from start to finish ,Vicky dealt with the order in the Rayleigh store,and helped me with the measurements and what I could have. Unfortunately I forgot the delivery guys names , im very pleased with the purchase. And would definitely recommend.

I have bought a few beds now from Benson’s particularly the Rayleigh Branch and Kayleigh has always served me. She is very polite, honest and helpful! She has most recently helped me purchase a wardrobe range which was quick and hassle free. Thank you

it was important to see and try beds in a store near to my home. Staff were friendly and helpful but not 'pushy'. Delivery staff were punctual, friendly and didn't moan about the steep stairs and left the bedroom neat and tidy.

Do not buy from this company!
We ordered two new beds, one being a TV bed early 2023 and told the shop and company in Rayleigh Essex, that we waiting for our new house to be ready to move into.
We moved 3 months later in the June and our beds were not delivered to August. We had to sleep on a blow up air mattress ( not good with spinal problems )
We were also told that the payment for our beds would not be until 12 months later, August 2024. However this was also messed up by the company and if we hadn’t had made our payment today we would have received a £3000 extra payment.
Overall a terrible experience, especially after we spent so much money with buying extremely expensive beds.

When buying our new bed. Kayleigh let us try out the adjustable bed on our own then explained everything clearly without any pressure to buy.As there was a sale on at the time price was also great.
