We found Kayleigh very knowledgeable and helpful she pointed us in the right direction for what we was looking for and then left us to roam around uninterrupted but was there if we needed her which is what we like .

The young lady was very helpful and did not push us into buying a mattress, she explained what type was good for us and left us to decide what mattress to buy ,she was very pleasant person to deal with her name is Helen

Helen was really helpful with information for our mattress. It was also nice and quiet in the week so we could take our time and choose the perfect one.

The sales lady was very informative and explained everything clearly.

The lady was very helpful and informative

Ben was really helpful and knowledgeable.

Great advice from the young woman that served us, Kayleigh, at your Rayleigh store.
Very good selection of both beds and headboards. We didn’t purchase a mattress as we already had a new one but there seemed to be a good selection.
The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star review was because of the pricing system. The ticket price on ottoman beds was actually for standard divans and the ottoman bed price was in small print.

Very friendly no pressure, very knowledgeable.
Can't review mattress yet as will be arriving on 19th

Helen could not have been more helpful and clear.

Very helpful sales assistant, who also gave us plenty of time to browse on our own. Didn’t feel rushed and were able to take our time.

Staff were very polite and helpful, made sure they had got the order right

Had a great experience in supporting my mum to buy a new mattress. The staff member Helen was informative about the products. She was efficient and ensured my mum understood her purchase and everything that went with the sale. Helen was friendly and explained everything very well

A great sales person that was helpful and friendly.
Good product lead time delivery
Used the company before for several bed purchases all experiences have been very good.

Very good customer service, staff were amazing, very helpful and at hand when ever you needed them. Best customer service I’ve had in a very long time

Must say that it's odd to review our bed before delivery- but so far so good. The showroom staff at the Rayleigh Weir store were very helpful and gave us all the suggestions and information that we needed. We think we have chosen the best bed for us and understand the "try it and see" period that we'll have.

Great variety of beds and mattresses in the store to browse. The staff are very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Didn’t feel pressured at any point. Vicky was especially helpful.

Very impressed with the sales staff and their knowledge of the products.
She didn't rush me into buying just anything. She was very considerate of my needs thinking of both me and my partners needs . Would highly recommend 👌
