Very helpful especially in the redhill branch

This is a reliable service. The teams are well trained and well versed to manage your expectations. The bed arrived on the date I was told and at a timing of my convenience. The team even called 30 mins before the delivery arrived to ensure I was home. Once there they installed the bed in under 10 mins.

Great in store advice (Redhill branch) so knowledgeable and helpful.
Ordering and delivery were spot on too. The delivery guy was polite and courteous taking our bed upstairs for us. A fantastic experience from start to finish. The only one thing I’d mention is that online discounts are better so I ended up going online rather than through the shop, which is a real shame because I believe the chap in Redhill deserved a commission for all his help! (The discount was too big for us not to take online, I did mention this in store too so perhaps you could apply the discounts in store in the future)

The man at Redhill was very helpful in checking my spine was straight when choosing my pillow and picking the correct pillow for my sleeping style
