Very poor in store, incredibly dismissive and pushy. Told us it would be weeks and weeks until anything could be delivered (not the case when ordering online)

Good website, would prefer to see available dates prior to paying as this could be far from how long it 'estimates'

Brilliant experience from start to finish (so sorry I can't remember the ladies name who served us, it was May day bankholiday if that helps locate her) but I'd like to say thank you, we said when we left that we'd had the perfect level of helpful service without feeling pressured to buying - which ended up resulting in us buying a mattress twice the price we'd planned on and us leaving really happy with what we'd chosen - we decided on the igel 2050i firm and honestly, after years of a mangled, collapsed Simba mattress I'd been in daily eye-watering pain for as long as I can remember, we spent out first night on the igel 2050 last night and I woke up pain free! Completely pain-free, I am genuienly in shock! So again, thank you for letting us try all the mattresses at our leisure, as I say we weren't going to go for one within that price bracket when we first came in and if we'd not had such great service of stepping back and letting us find our goldilocks mattress then I doubt we'd have even laid down on this one and I'd have not woken up feeling as amazing as I have this morning!

Shelley was excellent at supporting my 10yo to find the right mattress for her, giving us lots of information and space to try out every mattress in the showroom!!! We can't wait for it to arrive now.

Very helpful everything we needed to know plenty of time to look round try different mattresses and even a lift to get us stairs. Not pushy but extremely helpful. Highly recommend
