A friendly greeting when we entered the shop. Accurate and helpful information; showed us alternatives; did not pressure us.
When we decided to purchase a bed the paper work was done efficiently and everything was carefully explained.

Matthew was great - very proactive, explaining the benefits of various mattresses, as well as the benefits of ordering in store. He was very knowledgeable about the products, and I was very pleased with the experience.

Deb was very helpful in lots of ways. Had lots of helpful advice and wasn’t pushy at all. Told us about offers that were available to us and then matched the delivery price to online as we had ordered In store.

We purchased a mattress from the Shrewsbury branch of Bensons for Beds and received excellent service. We weren’t rushed in the shop and were given very good advice. The mattress was delivered within a week and is very comfortable.

Avoid Bensons if you actually want a bed delivered.

Ordered a bedframe, mattress and other items from them on the 27th December and paid for the bed to be built once delivered, with a delivery date of the 14th Jan. Got a last minute text near the delivery date to say the delivery is going to be delayed by 2 weeks. 2 weeks later the bed is delivered with half the bed damaged and all screws missing from the box. Was told that if I refused delivery it could be 3-4 weeks for a replacement but as it was just one box and screws that accepting it and them ordering the replacement would be a lot quicker which I agreed to. Looked at emails today to see 4 emails with two different dates for a new delivery and it will now be another 4 weeks away, meaning the delivery would be between 6-8 WEEKS late. Told them not to bother and issue a refund which I then was told would happen once they collected the items . . . Which could be a few weeks. So now I'm sleeping on the floor without a bed and waiting for the refund to order a bed elsewhere.

On a plus note, the in-store staff, customer service staff, and delivery drivers are friendly.

Popped in and found the perfect mattress.
Debbie gave us great advice and pointed us in the right direction, and was very knowledgeable.
Took the quote home to think it over, no pressure to buy there and then, and ordered a few days after over the phone.
Paid a deposit then 0%finance for the rest which was straightforward, got a link exactly when they said I would and 10 minutes and it was all sorted.
Highly recommend the shop.

Excellent service from someone who cares about good customer service

We were researching mattresses to replace our own plus one for our holiday cottage and wanted to test physical products rather than have the uncertainty and potential faff of ordering, un-tested, on-line. The salesman who greeted us listened and prompted in a friendly and personably manner to establish a clearer idea of our requirements then guided us round several carefully chosen suggestions while keeping in mind the budget we'd suggested. Having talked us through each recommendation, he left us to take as long as we needed testing and re-testing his suggestions (plus a few others) for further comparison 'til we felt happy with our selection. We repeated the process with a nearby rival but decided to return, mainly because we felt we'd found what suited us but also because we liked both the showroom and the salesman. We ordered the same mattress for ourselves and our holiday cottage.
