Polite, friendly, helpful.

When me and my disabled partner went In store to buy a mattress the manager couldn’t had been more helpful. She ask how we both slept gave us all the time we needed as my partner has mobility issues and gave us great advise. We bought a mattress the same day. The delivery guys were also amazing and couldn’t help enough either, seeing my partner on crutches struggling to take the old mattress off they stepped in took it down stairs and brought the new one up and put it in place.

Tony was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable so we came out of your store very happy with our purchase.

Emma at Southport branch was absolutely fantastic and spent a lot of time helping us to select a wardrobe within our budget that met our needs

We ended up buying the bed we came in for, a bed for our daughter and new pillows/duvets! Would highly recommend!

Bed arrived and would not fit up the stairs, we were given the impression it came in pieces. I rang the southport manager and refused a refund and said if I bought a car I could not take it back, I hung up as he was so unprofessional. I rang customer services and they were very good and in the process of refunding my money minus £260 cancellation fee which is outrageous, That said I would not recommend this company for a bed, I have bought beds from here for 30 years but the manager was just obnoxious

Sales assistant Emma was very helpful in showing us different mattresses and which would be suitable for us as well as suggesting an alternative bed to what we were originally looking for and we are glad that she did. Emma also explained the credit agreement to us clearly and asked if we had any questions. We were very happy with the service and choice at Bensons for Beds

Overall we are pleased with our experience with Bensons. We are very happy with our mattress. The delivery team were on time and efficient. I was less impressed with the sales staff who was a bit too pushy trying to get us to take the protection cover. Most importantly the mattress is great.

Excellent customer service asked the right questions to find out what we wanted and used her extensive product knowledge to meet our needs even measuring to ensure correct level of firmness for the mattress.

I dealt with Glenn, he was very knowledgable and showed us a variety of beds ranging in prices (didn’t just stick with the more expensive ones). The delivery guys were very efficient, even arriving before my allotted time as they rang to let me know they had had a cancellation.

I have been before to buy a bed from Bensons i have always found them helpful and welcoming the experience was the same as before very helpful and efficient dont push you into buying staff take time for you to consider your options and also for me in my circumstances i didnt have the worry about having to get rid of my old bed and mattress and they will set up the new one woukd highly recommend these stores

Emma, the sales advisor who helped us was absolutely brilliant. Helped us out big time, was patient with us and listened to what we wanted.

From start to finish the service we received was excellent.
All the staff we encountered were very helpful, be that in store or delivery drivers. Also, the communication via email and texts was good.
