Excellent.
Went to Stafford store and was served by Jack. He was personable, friendly and knowledgable. There was no pressure selling and it was a relaxing experience. Jack explained the pros and cons in a clear and concise manner. Jack is a credit and an asset to the company, its not very often you meet younger people who are as knowledgable and polite as he is. Well done Jack. Hopefully the delivery will go as smoothly.

Details of both mattresses and beds provided. All staff pleasant. Given time to review with my husband. No feeling of pressure. Thoroughly enjoyed the buying experience.

The assistant was very polite and helpful and never followed us around the store while we were looking and when I needed information he responded very quickly ....and when ordering gave me all information reference delivery, assembly etc.
