It was the last day before the store was closing so there wasn’t much to look at. Saying that however, I found a mattress and received a fantastic deal on it.
Not only this but it was delivered the next day for a fair price. Was a quick and easy process!

We were overwhelmed when we walked in and turned to leave- one of them asked “are you ok?”
It was sincere.

We had come straight from the Hospital knowing Mum could only come home once we have a bed for downstairs!
The ones already at home wouldn’t suit.
After a traumatic ten days this felt quite the problem.

We decided that there was no time to go home to take measurements as the Hospital needed to know that we had organised the bed as soon as possible.

Tom and his collegue listened to our needs and ideas and helped us to choose with practical advice.
They were respectful looking at the photos of the room it was going into.

The style was important as
my elderly Mum is recently bereaved.
Next they picked up on the fact that we should choose a firm mattress for her.

Maybe this doesn’t sound much but we really didn’t know what we were doing and where to start.
They weren’t pushy though, not at all.

Also guiding us to the recommended delivery person, James, was a relief.
He did exactly as he said he would on the booked day, called twenty minutes before arriving.
Then a straightforward polite and careful delivery.

A massive thank you to the two people we met in store. Being professional and yet kind made us feel like we could cope again.

Liam was friendly and polite. He also took his time to answer all my questions. Beds were on sale too so had a good price for a good bed and mattress including some side tables.

The gentleman was very helpful but not in your face, and placing the order was quick and efficient
