Commination seems the problem
Unfortunately it wasn't a good experience. The mattress arrived on the 26th October. The bed was supposedly to be delivered the same day. It didnt arrive. I phoned and the manager answered. He said he would make enquires and let me know. It wasn't until the 28th he said they would be phoning me to arrange another day in 7-10 working days. My son was very cross that i didn't complain but being 81 I was very weary. The bed arrived today. So it was a long haul. Communication seems to be lacking

Bensons - why we purchased from them
The showroom guy, (Andy in Waterlooville) was excellent. Very knowledgeable, was honest and straight forward and knew all the products we were looking for in detail. Did not rush us and was not pushy. We were not expecting to but from Benson's on that day as we were about to place an order with Dreams across the road but the way Andy interacted with us made it a no contest! He is a real asset to that branch!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience! Mattress came on the correct day, but no bed frame!..We were not informed beforehand and the mattress is here on the floor..while the bed is in a container…AT SEA, delivery men were more than helpful.

Great service from Andy at Waterlooville store. Very helpful and informative about the ottoman beds and mattresses. He was around when we needed information and left us to it, to discuss and decide. So no pushy sales. It was great!

Mattress purchase
I was looking for a new small double mattress for my son. I was helped enormously by Hassan who showed us various options and my son tried both firm and medium mattresses. We chose the one he preferred and a couple of new pillows too. All quick and easy, delivery and disposal of the old mattress sorted. I would thoroughly recommend.

I went to the shop and was approached by a salesman I asked him for time to explore, then when I was ready the salesman gave me all the help I needed,

Successful trip to benson beds waterlooville
We had a very successful trip to benson beds in waterlooville on Saturday Andy was very helpful and gave us all the time we needed to pick the correct mattress for us . He answered every question we had and also gave us a lot more information to understanding the differences between the mattresses and also help me choose a pillow to suit my needs. He was very pacient and gave us space to make a decision on our own .
I am glad we went to benson beds as in the morning we had gone to dreams and we didn't experience the same kind of care and I was a little worried we weren’t going to know what to get . But I am very happy with the choice I have made and also looking forward to receiving the mattress

Very good shopping experience
Joe in the shop was very helpful and knowledgeable. He listened and understood our requirements so was able to guide us to an excellent solution.
The delivery team were also very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy.
The bed and mattress are very comfortable.
We would definitely use Bensons again.
