Sheraz at Bensons for beds in Watford has been absolutely fantastic today! He was so helpful in showing us what we needed and gave us a really good package with some Black Friday discounts included. Excellent member of staff!! He is polite, friendly, efficient and very hardworking and he provided excellent customer service today!!

Nadeem at Watford branch was amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We started looking for a bed at various retailers about a month before we needed to make the purchase. We’re not based in Watford but returned to Nadeem to buy on account of the options he provided us and the level of service we received. After purchase the updates/contact was phenomenal and the delivery team were fantastic. An all round great experience. And the product is just what we were promised. Definitely recommend.

They sales staff (Nadeem) was extremely helpful. They knew all the information on the bed styles and mattresses very well and explained all of it to us. Nadeem stayed around after closing time to ensure we could place our order and was extremely helpful.

My sons use the 2 in 1 flip mattress and it is so good till date. We also have one of their beds. Excellent quality and experience
