The lady I saw was extremely pleasant and professional. She explained every aspect of each mattress and recommended the one which was best for my needs. There was no pressure to buy what I wasn’t totally happy with. Her name is Carol Anne and she was so nice and lovely to deal with. A credit to Bensons for beds.

Excellent sales staff and seamless process
The salesman - Ian welcomed us on entering the store and seemed genuinely interested in my enquiry. He was attentive throughout and gave me honest, informed answers regarding a mattress purchase. I left him promising to call back later - which I did and made the purchase. He was professional, friendly and informed and made my experience an exceptional one.
