Great experience
Great that we were left to have a look round first and to try sitting/laying on the mattresses and narrow it down by ourselves. Demi then came and asked if we needs any help and gave us valuable advice and then the actual buying and organising delivery process was quick and easy

The delivery was excellent except my headboard was stood upside down I didn’t notice till the delivery team had left. It clearly stated this way up but the team left it the wrong way up.

You must visit the store! We tried to buy a bed online and it just doesnt work. You need to see the bed and feel the mattress. Really helpful staff and brilliant service.

A very good service.
We visited our local Bensons store and found the staff very helpful. We chose a bed and placed an order. From placing the order right up to the delivery point a few weeks later we were continually updated as to the progress and the delivery date. Nearer the time of delivery we were informed as to who would be delivering the bed. The gentleman rang an hour before arrival and then the two men took the bed to the required room for us. The service from start to finish was very good indeed.

A very pleasant purchasing experience.
Assistant approached us on entering the shop and asked if we needed assistance. We told him what we were considering purchasing. He was extremely helpful and showed and explained suitable products. We did not feel pressured and were made to feel very comfortable in trying the products and making our selection.
