Friendly understanding staff. Odd how a choice of 30 mattresses are cut down to one so easily!

Really helpful Sales person, not pushy at all. Great choice of bedframes and mattresses at competitive prices.

The manager, Martin, Worksop branch, Notts, afforded me time, knowledgeable, answered my questions, demonstrated the differences, spoke about 'good posture', helped me decide on the purchase of my bed. No pressure was 'put on me' which I feel is important. The help from the others with finance very helpful.

We purchased a handmade bed and after having the bed for less than 2 years 2 of the legs have broken. I contacted customer service only to be told that the bed is no longer under warranty but we were welcome to look around the showroom to purchase another. This is so disappointing. We are effectively stuck with a bed that is not fit for purpose and customer service were less than helpful and refused to help us. I will never shop at this store again. Customer service is non existant.

I went to Bensons in Worksop on 20th Dec looking for a bed/mattress. The staff were very helpful, the lady who served me very knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction. Bought the bed/mattress at a good price.

I have made several purchases from the Worksop store. The sales team are outstanding and very helpful. Andy, the sales rep went above and beyond in my experience and I would recommend this outstanding customer service.
