Looking for a wooden framed bed with mattress. Showroom and choice was better than competitor. Salesperson was knowledgeable, patient and efficient. Mattress selector useful to decide which firmness. Credit facility great. A painless purchase and happy with the product.

Fantastic no pressure sales
Fantastic no pressure sales, by knowledgeable and helpful staff, James at the York store was exceptional. Delivery planning and execution was faultless. A 2hr time slot, call 30mins before and the 2x delivery drivers Reece and Colin were friendly, courteous and respectful throughout. Now the bed, that is amazing and has given a great nights sleep and at a good price. 5 star service from a 5 star team and a 5 star business, definitely recommended.

Emma was amazing, we may have walked away not sure of which bed we preferred. She asked us to do mattress test and that reassured us and helped us relax with no pressured sales tactics. She was knowledgeable and didn't faulta with our bed switching....fabulous service
