Great customer service….called them….they called back with info and sorted samples to be sent out!

Easy to order sample and v prompt delivery

Sue in customer service was brilliant. She realised I hadn’t bought the correct installation products for the encaustic tiles and contacted me and added to order with free delivery as the tiles had already shipped.

I ordered some samples and they came promptly- I phoned to check the woman was really helpful

I thought the choice of tiles are excellent BUT I only want a few tiles for a small cloakroom splash back the postage was more than the tiles over a £100 for postage.

These tiles are supposed to be really good quality from what seems like a prestigious brand. I ordered a sample of 3 tiles and only one was sent. The one that arrived shows they are cheaply printed and there's redish lines from the printing machine around the edges of the black and white tile.
