Suuper flot stykke arbejde DET ER IKKE SIDSTE GANG I KOMMER TIL AT LAVE NOGET ARBEJDE FOR MIG OG JEG VIL OGSÅ KRAFTIGT ANBEFALE TIL ALLE JEG KENDER OG MØDER AT DE SKAL BRUGE JERES ARBEJDT - KRAFT.

Amazing. Better than expected.

God information
Meget glad for mit billede

God service. Hurtigt levering...god kommunikation

Bruger snydepeiser.

Flot kvalitet.

I originally gave a one-star review because I received an incorrect product and had difficulty getting a response from customer service. I was also unable to view my order status, despite trying several times on different devices and on a computer.

After contacting the company by phone, however, the issue was handled properly and a replacement product is now being prepared.

I would like to make it clear that I am very satisfied with the quality of BESTCANVAS products. The quality is excellent, and I would definitely order from them again. Mistakes can happen in production, and the incorrect product itself was not my main concern.

My frustration came mainly from the slow communication and not knowing what was happening with my order.

Since the company has now resolved the issue properly, I have updated my original review. I hope the customer service response time and order status system can be improved in the future.

I genuinely wanted to give five stars because the product quality deserves it. However, due to my experience with customer service this time, I feel that three stars is a fair rating for my overall experience. I hope the service improves in the future, because if it does, I would be very happy to give five stars next time.

Great quality, I really like the photos on canvas. I recommend them and will definitely order more!

Tilfreds kunde og rigtig flot billede
