I ordered a Peugeot 2008 and received a prompt email stating that the car was ordered on 13 September 2023 - very pleased! I was told that the waiting time would be 12 weeks. The 6th October (12 weeks) came and went - no car & no updates from BCF, unless I contacted them by phone, or email. Each time, I was encouraged to wait a little longer.

Next Wednesday, 10 January will be 17 weeks. This morning I phoned again and spoke to Adam and he said that he was hopeful that he could source a vehicle from contacts in the industry, who may have stock. He said that he was optimistic that he would have positive news and would phone me later. I explained that I could not take a phone call until after 4pm. and he agreed to send an email. I did not receive an email and now must wait until Monday when I will phone him again.

I have a buyer for my existing car who has been very patient, as have I, but I fear he will soon call off the deal.

The whole experience of my contact with "Best Car Finder" has been very frustrating and with hindsight, I wish that I had never trusted them.

My sincere advice: DO NOT DEAL WITH BCF!

It has been over a month whereby the estimated date of arrival for my vehicle has still not shown up. After emailing and calling BCF, I have came to no response. It was understadable that I had to wait three months for the vehicle to be built, and shipped through to the United Kingdom, however it has been over a month of due arrival and I have had no success in getting an insight of what is happening with the vehicle.

Maybe the deals are too good to be true, maybe there has been something that has been caught up within the process OR maybe the staff (Adam) in particular, may not want to be as helpful in providing customer service, ONLY to attain the fees at the very beginning, which they come by quite quick on.

Just taken delivery of my new car. Its stunning. Amy and Alex have been excellent ! Very polite and helpful throughout. From the order to delivery. Couldnt have asked for more

I dealt with Adam from bestcarfinder.co.uk regarding leasing a new car, the experience was excellent, Adam was very knowledge about the process and guided me through it professionally and courteously, keeping in touch with numerous emails, can highly recommend Adam who is a credit to the company and I will happily use them again.

I ordered a new car in September from Bestcarfinder.co.uk and took delivery of it 2 days ago . I have leased cars over a number of years, but the service I received from Bestcarfinder.co.uk was exceptional from start to finish and it was made very easy. The two people I dealt with was Alex and Amy who went above and beyond to help me and keep me informed regularly. It is very rare to receive service like this these days and would highly recommend the above company, thank you.

Rebecca has been extremely helpful and efficient at all times. She has kept in touch throughout the process, checking in to make sure everything is ok. She has provided additional information i have requested at short notice and also when we requested last minute changes to our order she supported this and had it completed without any hassle or inconvenience.

Kevin was so helpful both over the phone and via email answering any queries we had and the whole process went very smoothly securing the car I wanted really quickly!

Kevin Ward has been super responsive and within 24 hours managed to secure my wife's perfect car. For context; we had sent out ten enquiries over the weekend for the same car to different brokers with Kevin reaching out at 9am on Monday and answering all queries within minutes.

Kevin from BCF is awesome and he responds promptly with any queries we have & this is the first time I leased and had basic questions and responded..it was smooth leasing and Amy & Alex were good as well..
Maybe their delivery schedules could be more streamlined as they depend on external companies otherwise they are a good broker

BTW-the leased Kia Niro Hybrid 2 (brand new) isn’t really what I expected it’s got a sluggish pickup & heavy noise by the time it hits 30-40MPH (RPM hits 3-4 ooops) so not sure why as it’s hybrid and it should be smooth but the M1 drive was pretty cool
hope Kia reverts on this issue & resolves it
