So I got a response from vip manager who firstly said if the bet wasn’t placed then obviously no win yes yes very true, but that wasn’t what I had said I told him as written I placed the bet your platform threw me out of the game I went straight back into it only to see my number 13 come out, I also told him to look at my bets before that so he could see me betting on those numbers and did he not see it strange that for that single spin I didn’t bet but the very next spin I bet again did that not look odd to him, I still had money in my account so no problem there, and response I got was it was a lost connection tried to make it out firstly on my end which I shut it down straight away with last week I couldn’t play my free spins because it kept coming up error on YOUR CASINO side also same with football bets not letting me put some on and again I did say not all but a few, only for him to say no no he wasn’t saying it was on my side just a lost connection and it happens to all players!! Worst withdrawal experience ive ever known
Having read other reviews I thought is it really this bad? Well im afraid to say it is. On my first attempt of withdrawal ive been asked for so much verification that you could write a book on it. More than ive ever been asked from any other casino in my life. Other than this they wont accept my bank statement as proof of address because its an online bank even though its the only bank account I have. My next option is utility bills however as I rent a room with utilities included i do not receive utility bills the householder does! My question is that ive seen nothing in their t&Cs advising people not to deposit from online banks and they took my deposit from revolut so why is it an issue now? So far they are refusing my bank statement, driving licence and phone account for proof of address. Im so angry with how this has been dealt with especially as I am only trying to withdraw £100! Not exactly a life changing amount to pay out is it betmac?

I had big hopes for this casino, I opened an account 2 months ago and deposited around 3-5 hundred pounds to test the games. Love the selection of games but I was very disappointed in the payouts, very low and with that feeling (that all gamblers know) of not having any chance to win.
I suspended my account for a month which will expire on 26th this month, I will give it another try and hope that the great reviews i saw here when I decided to open my account will materialise for me as well at least a little bit as last time it was absolutely dreadful!

I had a £100 bonus off them as a gesture, wagering x35. I played the 100 and lost it. Bonus is expired. Been depositing since and went to buy some spins and it wouldn't let me. Spoke to live chat who has advised me that it don't matter if I lost the bonus and I'd still have to keep depositing my own money and if I win it will go off the wagering on the expired bonus. So basically I have to keep depositing over a grand and half to pay off an expired bonus which I used and never won off. Absolute nightmare on live chat. Why am I going to keep depositing to pay off the 35x wagering on an expired bonus??? Never ever again.
UPDATE.....
Emailed support and they dealt with my complaint very quickly and sorted the issue out for me. Very impressed. Thank you kindly much appreciated.

So played this few times never won anything then decided to do a 100% money match.
I got my winnings up too over 300 a was half way to wagering when I decided to change my game then the money just disappeared.
Spoke with customer service a was told that it was my fault a once it had been cancelled there was nothing they could do.
Who would cancel the bonus when I had over 300 in the account.
Spoke with someone called rayan who was no help a just kept telling me that I had cancelled it myself an it was lost.
