Ronny is the best!
We visited the trampoline park today, and Ronny was amazing with my 5 year old son Liam. He really engaged with him, played with him and kept him busy. He was so so kind. As we left, Liam told me Ronny was his new best friend lol. Thank you Ronny if you’re reading this, you’re an exemplary member of staff!

I have just joined this gym and I am…
I have just joined this gym and I am extremely happy with the space it provides to train. However I have looked around the women's shower room and do not like how the showers are set out, only 2 individual shower cubicles and only one with a curtain. Some people like privacy. On a positive very clean throughout the gym and shower room.

No smith machine
No smith machine, which is quite basic for most gyms, even one would have suffix. Centre overall is clean and nice. Staff are pleasant, but depends on who you build better rapour with. And no barbell space to be able to practice posture and exercise.

Showers need changing
Treadmills hardly work only 3-4 work yet there’s a lot of treadmills. Luckily I go at a quiet ish time. Shower is appalling & that’s important to some of us. The shower head is so high up that my hair ends up being wet and you can’t control the temperature. I know you’re refurbishing and I really wanted to request for the showers to be looked into being changed. Ideally a proper door closure for shower, the head to be lower (no one there is 7ft tall), temperature control and maybe put few lockers in so we can safely leave our personal belongings. Not asking for much ;)

I’m only new to the gym
I’m only new to the gym, so far no faults, compared to other gyms this is spacious, clean(especially the toilets) loads of parking space, light and airy. Love the opening times, able to work out before work.

Took my 2 children to the trampoline…
Took my 2 children to the trampoline park at Barking sporthouse. Extortionately charged my 13 year old daughter 6.80 for 2 slushies whilst I popped to the toilet. There was a long queue and no prices were displayed anywhere . If i had knew the price of the items I would never have even queued up to pay for it. Manager refused to refund the money after i returned and told them that having no prices on display as well as the price tag on the Cold drinks was unacceptable. Poor customer service all around.

I am writing to express my extreme…
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the recent string of cancellations for badminton court bookings at your facility. For the past three weeks, my group and I have consistently booked badminton courts, only to have our reservations abruptly canceled without any valid explanations provided.
Today, we arrived at the Better Center at Barking and Dagenham for our scheduled booking, only to be informed that the badminton courts had been canceled once again. To make matters worse, we were told that an email notification regarding the cancellation failed to be delivered. This recurring issue is unacceptable, especially from a reputable company like yours.
The frequency of these cancellations is disrupting our plans and wasting our time. We rely on your facility to honor our bookings and provide the service we expect. The lack of communication and reliability is simply unacceptable.
Furthermore, the customer service we received at the reception desk was shockingly poor. The staff seemed indifferent to our concerns and provided no assistance in resolving the situation. This level of service is below any reasonable standard and reflects poorly on your establishment.
As paying customers, we deserve better treatment and more reliable service. I urge you to address this issue promptly and implement measures to prevent such occurrences in the future. It is crucial for your reputation and for maintaining customer satisfaction.

Equipment at the gym is very poor
Equipment at the gym is very poor, not many benches which are working properly. Benches are moving around aide to side when you using them. I would say overpriced gym for the price that you paying. Wanted to try something new i bought a membership for a month and unfortunately will have to cancel it and get back to my old gym. Weights also, there’s no many sets of barbells, squat rack is very slippery so when deadlifting/ squaring/ hip trusting you sliding. Very inconvenient gym, machines are spread around between 3 floors of the gym, the gym itself is big but like i said before very inconvenient when it comes to variation of the machines weights etc. For this price i would expect working machines and more weights/ barbells etc.

Poorly managed
Used to come to this gym before, it has the same machines and one of the chest machine is still broken all these years later yet the price has gone up to £35 a month. I will only use this gym for now but will be leaving soon as the price does not reflect what they put into the gym for its members.
