Better - Gosling Sports Park Avaliações 

Waited a month to sign up for induction so I could start using the gym. No available slots even during half term. Decided as I was paying for a service I couldn't use I would leave and join a gym I could actually use.

Great. All staff and instructors were very friendly and helped with putting the boots on and explained everything well. They are lovely to real beginners as well. But did let you progress more quickly if you’re ready. I thought a dry ski slope would be rubbish compared to a snow slope but it was great. Also much cheaper then the real snow centres but just as good.

Unfortunately not a good party experience at all. After booking a birthday party online, we were sent a bunch of stupid rules that weren't in line with the booking T&Cs at all, nor comparable to the rules of the same trampoline session actually happening at that time.

The party room wasn't big enough for the numbers we wanted to bring and they wouldn't accommodate by changing to a larger room, despite telling us otherwise before booking. They even suggested that parents (of under 5s) could wait in the cafe, which is nowhere near the party room. Whoever had these ideas has never held a party for toddlers.

They refused to speak to us by phone, and when we went in person, the manager hid in an office and would only relay messages via the teenagers at the front desk.

On the day we found it quite difficult to set up the party room while the party was still going on, and they weren't helpful at all.

The only saving grace was that the party was enjoyed by all, but it wasn't worth the weeks of stress to try and align expectations with the stupid rules they spring on you.

I wasn't going to write a review, but they actually invited me to, which is odd because they knew we were very unhappy with them and it would've probably been in their own interests not to.

I was very satisfied and happy with your service. The young man was very helpful, kind and any questions I had he answered immediately. He was asking if everything and everyone is doing good. I will recommend to my friend. Thank you!

Beginner ski lessons of varying quality. First couple were great. Third one the slope was so dry hardly any of the skiers could move.Horribly frustrating to watch. My small 9 year old struggled to go anywhere at all. Marginally better on the fourth lesson although activities barely progressed in difficulty. My 9 year old, being a fair bit younger than most of the group, seemed to get overlooked and was clearly not confident enough doing snow plough turns to be taken to the top of the slope, yet the whole group was taken up. The result is that she's been put off. That day, 15 or 16 skiers who had all paid the same were put into two very different sized groups (one of 5 and one of 10 or 11) and one group got very individualised attention whilst the other group stood around a lot. Overall, started off well but fizzled out and not overly impressed.

My grandchildren love visiting the dry ski centre at Gosling. Jessica and her staff always make them welcome and go the extra mile to ensure they have a fun experience as well as learning new skills. Tutors Matt and David combine great leadership with an enthusiasm for the sport which motivates their pupils. I recommend anyone wanting to learn how to ski to give Gosling a visit. It's an affordable and enjoyable way to get children off their screens and taking some healthy exercise and a valuable introduction to anyone planning a skiing holiday.

We held our daughter's 4th birthday at Gosling. She and her friends had a fab time in the soft play. The staff were helpful, party room clean and it all worked smoothly. We had people arrive at different times and it was all very relaxed. We had party room 4 which is spacious compared to some rooms we've been in before for other parties.

Facilities and staff are excellent. As a disabled lady though I would suggest a couple of chairs near reception desk as if in queue I and others find hard to stand for long. As to ensure only disabled people parking in disabled bays as near to be closer due to mobility issues.

My son had his trampolining party here. The kids had a great time and the staff were very helpful. When needing to add additional children they were very accommodating. The party room alongside the park was lovely and very spacious. The only bad thing was the price for a party is very high considering there is no food included.

We booked my daughter's 8th birthday party at Gosling Welwyn Garden City. The girls had fun on the hour bouncing, but the room was far at the end and freezing cold, we had to wear coats. Also the TV was off and there was no music, absolutely depressing.
This is no our first time here and previously we didn't have this bad experience, so I was not expecting that. We had to play music on our phones and get the girls dancing to lift the spirits, but we left with a bad taste, for sure.
I just saw another review here where someone had a similar experience over a week prior and obviously it has not been sorted, hence, I'm leaving 1 star.
Wouldn't recommend and definitely won't come back.

I booked for my 8 year olds birthday and didn’t realise food was not included otherwise I probably wouldn’t have booked. The party room we had was freezing, the TV and radio in the rooms didn’t work so no way of having music and we had to keep the door open when lighting candles so as not to set off the fire alarm.
That being said the girls had a fab time bouncing and the staff could not be more helpful, always on hand and checking on you, so lovely and a credit to the place.
I would come back to bounce but probably wouldn’t book another birthday party here unfortunately.

We had my son’s 6th birthday party there and had an amazing time with his school friends. The party room was ready when we arrive so we can set it up. The staff was very helpful to us. The multi activity area has fun things to do. The kids didnt want to end the party. We would definitely recommend it for others. Thanks

Absolute wonderful experience hosting my 5 year old sons Trampoline Party at Gosling Welwyn Garden City. Communication with Zoe was very clear and friendly. On the day I felt at ease and Sarah made sure I was stress-free. My son had a very memorable party. The children really enjoyed themselves. I would really recommend hosting a party here!!

Amazing place. Kids loved it. Very helpful staff and very easy to book and well maintained place.

I'm a total beginner at skiing but was made to feel really welcome from my initial email enquiry onwards. All of my lessons have been a really enjoyable experience for the same reason. It feels like very good value for money as well. I'd really recommend Gosling Ski Centre to anyone.

Just joined a tennis performance group. Facilities look great.

Party went smoothly, communications were clear and all my questions answered. On the day the team were understaffed because illness but still very helpful. Room was clean, available early. Everyone had a good time

From the enquiry stage to the main event the communication and support was flawless! Zoe the booking manager was always responsive to my questions and concerns within a timely manner! On the day of the event the team at Gosling park we very accommodating, the party host daisy was very attentive and ensure things ran to time ensure our party went flawlessly! The party rooms were clean, spacious and open! The park is clean and the addition of new parts of the park is much better for children of all ages. The viewing galleries does need more seating however this is very minor. Thank you to the team at the trampoline park for making my sons birthday a one to remember.
