Best view gym in London
Lovely place in the middle of the park. Gym has an amazing view. Probably the view from a treadmill in London.

Staff and coaches are all very friendly…
Staff and coaches are all very friendly and encouraging. The venue is well-equipped and bright with windows. It will be good if they can have a better spread of activities each day, as right now, a few days are packed with intensive activities while other days too light in intensity.

Dirty boring Gunnersbury Park Gym
I am rating Gunnersbury Park Gym . The location is amazing the gym view is unique and classes are cool but apart from that is not inviting at all
Is dirty
Not enough machines or at list some of the main ones
Is boring look inside
Wrongly distributed
Customer service is truly bad
It could be one of the best gym in the areas but is a shame it might have the wrong management

Better ofers plenty of exercise and…
Better ofers plenty of exercise and there are helpful staff. Despite I have problem with my knee, I find exercises suitable for me. I meet with kind people work there who always help and give me an advice.
I could choose a membership suits me. I like Better and I use few ofers there. Before I used to another place but I Better is the best and provides my all needs.

Good Service
Overall I think the service is good. Booking gym slots means there is not over subscription of the use of gym and its equipment, however I do think the classes could be more varied and available to all the members as currently dependent on your membership payment type (i.e. concessions etc) you are not allowed to go to a number of classes and therefore you are only allowed into the gym and classes at specific times etc and therefore miss out on a number of classes unless you pay upwards of 6.00GBP.
The cleanliness of the gym is perfect in my experience and they have sanitiser wipes all over the place to use to clean machines, equipment, hands etc, so there is no worry about hygiene or lack therefore of being able to be hygienic by customers using the gym
