Not worth the money
The Better app and their entire system is pretty bad, booking is confusing, app is slow, there are fees for every single thing you can think of.
The location I am a member of is even worse than that. It's the dirtiest, most unmaintained gym I've been to. I stopped using the locker rooms completely because they are straight out disgusting, not to mention that you have to be lucky to even get any hot water in the shower. Equipment is old, rusty, frequently broken. Every single area in the gym is untidy, the behavior of people is many times hostile or unfriendly and the staff does anything about it, which is not surprising because they are unfriendly themselves. And the best thing is that you get all this for a price higher than any other gym in the area, including nice gyms with high-end equipment and great management. Unfortunately it's the only gym in the area so most people going there have no other choice if they want to exercise.

Centre was extremely dirty today
Centre was extremely dirty today. Entrance, changing area and steam room. I was in very early, (6.45 am) and there was food on the floor in the steam room. A few of the white chairs were dirty. Everything else was fine.

New Deputy Manager is fantastic club looking super clean lots of posters everywhere-looks really good. You can see the changes on an already good centre. Well done really good input and you can see very positive changes

I like there are women’s only classes…
I like there are women’s only classes and the coaches take care of us I enjoy the times as they are comparable with mom’s schedule

Women only sessions but men are roaming around despite the signs
It is meant to be women-only sessions. But the males are frequently seen in the changing rooms and they have a look around as well. The life guard sitting by the pool is also male all the time. The temporary instructor was way nicer and helpful than the actual instructor now. To be fair there were a few more new learners today and the pool felt crowded. Otherwise sessions are alright.

My daughter has not swam once ever…
My daughter has not swam once ever since I paid for her swimming classes, there’s no communication whatsoever and it’s different stories for every week I take her on how she can’t swim. From mixing up the times to not communicating properly. Because of this I would like a refund because not once have k received the service I’ve paid for.

Staff were not able to sign up…
Staff were not able to sign up corporate membership.
Caused me to loose a month's workout.
Was eventually sorted on the office phone, who was very helpful.
