Kerri was so helpful she explained all the different apparatus, let me try each one , made sure I was comfortable on each one overall gave me lots of confidence, very happy to use the gym and I will recommend better gym to all my friens

Great customer care
It can be daunting to go to a new gym but with the ability to book an induction that also came with a fitness plan was such a good experience. I feel like I can confidently go to the gym and see my fitness goals worked out. My induction lead Mea was brilliant.

Really friendly, knowledgeable staff. Honest and open communication and really helped to fully support my complex needs. Made me feel comfortable and safe. Kerri was really supportive, friendly and welcoming, has a great sense of humour and really knows her stuff. Explained everything clearly and completely put me at ease.

We had such a great time celebrating our son's birthday. Everything was organised and arranged for us and the staff were really helpful in the lead up to the party and on the day.

Everyone was friendly and helpful!
I was so nervous starting at the gym but everyone made me welcome they all were friendly and helpful especially Kerry also Andrea taking the Aqua Aerobics on Wednesday morning.

Breaking the slushies rules!
Had a birthday party here kids loved the trampolines etc it was for a 8th birthday! Where 2 children were 8 or over and we were told that only 2 children could have slushies as the law is you have to be over 8! So we stayed we don’t want slushies we will have fruit shoots instead….roll on 30 minutes later they bring up 5 slushies 5 milkshakes so all the children under 8 had the slushies and the older children then felt left out and wanted slushies too!
So we went down to request to swap the milkshakes for slushies to then be told they can’t give us slushies as some of the party are under 8! We stayed that they had already given the under 8s the slushies! They didn’t see a problem with this it was ok for them to give them to under 8s then when we wanted them for the older 2 they refused as we had under 8s in the party!
Even tho we requested no slushies! They didn’t follow this and therefore broke the rules by allowing under 8s to consume these we also had to wait over an hour for squash to be brought to our table even tho they brought squash up for a party table next to ours they didn’t even take the waiver form or check it to insure everything was present and correct! Very poorly run! The sandwiches were minimal and worked out that each child had 2 sandwiches each maybe something sweet could also be put on the table as on booking form it stated bags of popcorn yet we had bags of pombears and had to request to swap these out everything just didn’t flow like the staff didn’t have a clue what they were doing they need a designated members of staff for the parties as no one member knows who’s done what or when etc! Trampoline part is so good the food section and staff let it down so bad!

First swimming lesson
Archie loved his first swimming lesson, the teacher made him really relaxed and confident when he had been feeling nervous. The equipment they had was really good and the portal for feedback on his progress is brilliant! Thank you!

Handy location and facility
Went for a swim as a regular visitor and subscriber. There is rarely much difference in my visits, sometimes the pool is busy and other times quiet. Staff are usually cheerful and helpful but also occasionally in short supply. The changing rooms are prone to becoming very wet and need attention at least every hour to remove the pools of water that form when lots of people are using the centre.

Great facilities
Great new gym, clean pool and changing rooms, good soft play and trampoline centre. I have often brought groups to enjoy the pool or trampoline park, and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful.
