I go to the Witney Better gym. I want to say the spin instructers are amazing and really keep you pushing your limits. A special mention to Luke the receptionist. He's great, always helps solve issues... Ver mais

It's great and the gym is really good
It's great and the gym is really good, but the buildings are in terrible condition and the swimming pool is disgusting. I wonder if it is ever cleaned properly.

Regaining confidence to excerise
After an injury I needed to relearn how to exercise in a way that would not cause pain whilst rebuilding muscle and increasing cardiovascular health. Heidi, with her enthusiasm and knowledge, has given me confidence to get back into the gym and start working on those goals. I feel that the excerises outlined in my program take into account my preferences whilst providing a challenge.

Another unannounced price increase
Another unannounced price increase. £10 for 40 min on a squash court with a wall that’s crumbling and a floor that’s almost always dirty. Blood stains sometimes not being removed for weeks, at times they have to remove equipment before you can play. As a keen squash player I and others have no option, and they know that… This is the leisure centre in Witney.

We understand that you are concerned about the increase and we want to assure you that we value your feedback and take it seriously.
We would like to explain that the decision to increase the prices was not an easy one and was not taken lightly. As you may know, the cost of maintaining and operating the facilities has increased over time due to a variety of factors such as inflation, rising utility costs, and maintenance expenses.
Despite our best efforts to minimize these costs, we have found it necessary to adjust our prices to ensure that we can continue to provide the high-quality services that you expect and deserve.
We do apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you and hope that you will continue to enjoy using our facilities.

Pool and changing rooms
Changing rooms could be better cleaned and more often.
High dust and air con vents are disgusting with dust.
No rubbish bin in wet female changing room.

Helpful and quick customerr service rep
I thought it would be easy, and a good idea, to change from the monthly sub to annual at 10/12 the price. The online system defeted me, but Nathan at customer services was able to assist quickly to beat the gremlins.

Can’t get through to the leisure…
Can’t get through to the leisure centre. Called the helpline, they can’t get through to the leisure centre. can’t book a gym induction on line and paid for half a month when looks like will be unable to use it. Not a good first impression.
