I purchased 3 sets of the eire necklace for my 2 sisters inlaw and my late mother in law. The entire necklace,charms included tarnished and turned green. I have never been so mortified. If you want to keep your dignity intact so not purchase from this rubbish company

Had an issue with a necklace I bought it was dealt with so quickly and efficiently. The jewellery is just fabulous and my daughter gets so many compliments!

I have been trying to contact this company all morning, both by email and social media regarding wrong item sent. Have been unable to get a reply. Customer service is not the best it seems. Disappointed.

Item did not arrive, emailed first thing this morning and was told I would be updated, as of 17.50 no update. I have now asked to cancel order and issue refund as I had to go out and get something else as this was a gift needed for tomorrow. At least 3 emails sent today and no update/reply. Still say customer service needs improving.

19.12..An Post now has my item for delivery next working day which may be tomorrow if they are working, if not Monday. Communication is key in any business. Betty & Biddy need to work on theirs.

I placed an order 8 days ago and an post have yet to receive the order, I sent two messages on social media and I have yet to get a reply. I have also emailed. Both messages have been 'seen' on Instagram
I was sure this was an Irish company? Why does it take so long for delivery??

Has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Tried to get through multiple times on both email and social media and have heard nothing with regards to an item missing in my order. They have essentially taken money from me and not given me an item I am absolutely outraged. I’ve tried for over week to get in contact and I’ve heard nothing. My sister in law also got me a claddagh bangle for Christmas which snapped 4 weeks later. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Always my go to place for genuinely amazing pieces for all occasions. So tasteful and great quality. Super delivery time also. Love love love!

I would most certainly recommend Betty and Biddy.
As a Dubliner living in the UK they offer great, quality Irish jewellery. I ordered a silver Claddagh bracelet for my daughter’s Christmas present and she’s had such wonderful compliments.
I most certainly will order from here again.

Ordered a necklace. Arrived but not in time for Christmas and took nearly 3 weeks to come.

Ordered item for a wedding. 2 weeks later no sign. Email sent, reply from B&B blaming An Post. On tracking it says An Post hadn’t received the item. They offered to resend but couldn’t guarantee that I would have it in time. I declined so am waiting for refund. First & last time ordering with Betty & Biddy. They need to spend less on marketing on social media & more on getting the basics right!!

Ordered 3 chains and got a dispatch email, my items never arrived. I got in contact with the company and they said the fault was with an Post and that they would resend my order. Never received again and asked for a full refund, they refunded without any hassle. I believe the items were never dispatched. Wouldn't buy again from them, there is plenty of good companies out there doing similar products, theses guys need to up there game to compete.

Do not buy, cheap tat. Not even sure the bracelet I ordered is made of actual metal, feels like plastic coated in metal. Like something you would find in a cheap kids jewelry set in the euro store.

I love Betty and Biddy jewellery, it is so reasonably priced, and great quality, packaging is excellent, lovely bag to keep jewellery in good condition when not in use. Quick delivery and communication is very efficient with this company, nó complaints, great Irish company with lovely products.

Terrible quality. The earrings were crooked & bent. The necklaces look and feel so cheap. The other pair of earrings I got ended up breaking. Absolutely would not recommend. Overpriced and the worst quality.

I bought a pair of earrings from here two years ago as a placeholder whilst I went in search of some solid gold ones. But two years on, I’ve not replaced them! I’ve worn them every single day without fail. On holidays, in the shower, if you think it - they’ve been through it. And they look just as beautiful as the day I took them out of the packaging.

Not only that, but the customer service is excellent. I recently emailed them to say how much I love their products and Barb very kindly sent me a little gift box of their new styles for me to try, which no doubt will be a permanent part of my rotation now!

Ordered a gift for a friend who was moving. Places the order in the 5th June, recieved an email on the 7th june that the order had been shipped but by 17th June, still no sign of the order. I reached out to customer service who said they'll sent me another one but couldn't guarantee when I would receive it. I was really disappointed and opted for a refund.

Delivery was quick and had no issues there but the quality isn't great. The pendant on the claddagh necklace is lovely but the necklace itself is very poor quality. It feels awful and like it'll snap for no reasons

I ordered twice from here to my brother who is based in Dublin, where their offices also seem to be - despite this, both times had extremely long delivery times (14+ days)

The first time I assumed it was a one off, no biggie. But the second time it happened again + this time, the earrings also arrived with bent poles. When following up via email for the deliveries - the tone is not very nice either.

I won't be a customer again.

Jewellery didn’t arrive initially after 2 weeks. I get the impression it was never shipped. Followed up an email and it arrived today. Really disappointed with the quality, very cheap looking, similar to shein /temu.
Would get far nicer in a small jewellery/killkenny/newbridge type shop for the same price.Would not recommend or buy again.
