Awful experience with the 3rd party supplied they used
I hadn’t realised delivery was outsourced, driver made one attempt to deliver didn’t leave a calling card or way to contact, no re delivery attempt was made until contacted bhl to enquire and then they attempted again. Item arrived missing parts and again getting the replacement parts sent was difficult, and still have parts missing but don’t have time to wait another week as project already delayed by more than two weeks. BHL were helpful when I contacted them but they need to use better 3rd party suppliers to take on their orders on their behalf

Seems to be a company that outsources…
Seems to be a company that outsources items. I ordered 9 items as that was what they were showing in stock yet after some days of waiting for an update on delivery i was told they were waiting for them to arrive on Wednesday. Then i would get an update. Later i got a message from a courier company that they would be delivering to my address on that day but i had no idea what was being delivered as i have numerous orders from other companies awaiting. Still no update on my order when looking at my online account with BHL. The items arrived and they were indeed from BHL before they even updated their system. Good prices but not so good customer service.

I can see the item you had ordered was in stock but at one of our alternative depots and had to be stock transferred to be delivered faster to yourself.
I can see that our system had automatically sent an email with the tracking details for your order but it seems that this may have been lost, but the message that you received was from the courier that we use to deliver your order.
But we are happy to hear that you now have your order and we will take your words into consideration to improve on our services.

Thermostat advertised incorrectly on…
Thermostat advertised incorrectly on website so ended up with the wrong one. Complained, and was sent a link to the ‘correct’ product to purchase. Amazingly this was the same product I had ordered first time around. So out of pocket by £100, time wasted and now have to pay to return these wrong items!
No response back either from the company.

We're sorry to hear that you hadn't received your order, we can see you had placed an order for a Hozelock item which does have a estimated 7-10 working day delivery schedule and this would have been the 10th working day.
We can also see that our team did ship the item on the 6th but it appears to have gone missing during transit with DHL, to which our team has tirelessly attempted multiple times to get the item moving again but to no prevail. Hence the lack of communication due to their being no new news.
But you have cancelled the order and our team has fully refunded your order, our apoliges again that the item has become lost in transit.

Where’s the item I paid for? BEWARE!
The receipt taking my cash was almost immediate but since then nothing - neither dispatch note nor the item I have paid for
When I queried BHL, a quick response came asking for the invoice number. Since then, nothing, once more.
I doubt BHL actually has the item they advertised - yet they take the money and stay mumm. I am still waiting. I need that item!

We can see you ordered the Secure Tiara 425 programmer on the Friday 27th and our team shipped the item on Monday 30th of Jan from our warehouse and is definitely in stock.
