Could not be happier with the service received by the team at bicycle land.
Before visiting I called ahead to check they had some bikes for me to see, they were so helpful and told me exactly what was available for me to see and some other options too that could be built up. Once there the teams knowledge was undeniable, they know exactly what they are talking about and give an honest opinion with years of experience! It was so nice after weeks of online uncertainty hinting for a bike to be greeted by a human who can assist face to face, the bike was fully assembled for me and clear talk through of how to use it! Looking forward to using my new purchase of the Himo Z20 and I’m sure the aftercare will be just as good if ever needed!

Needed brake pads for a Himo z20. Ordered a set from Bicycle Land and they fitted perfectly and were delivered super quick. Will certainly order from them in the future

Great customer services and care.

Bought my e-bike less a year ago through Bicycle Land. The motor needed replacement and they arranged for the part under warranty. Cycle Mend fixed the bike and it turned out to be a new bike again. Very happy and thank you.

Best Fiido ebike shop in UK. Collected my bike got it assembled with mudguard. They are also Fiido retailer and repair centre. Great location and very nice people. Thank you Bicycle Land

First of all I was told it would be delivered on Saturday but it arrived a week late.
There were a couple of small problems with bike and they said their service department would contact me to rectify but they never did. I sent 2 more emails but no response.
The bike itself is very good but you should buy from someone else.

My experience (Jan 2023): This is a very
reliable company (I purchased the Fido T1), and they do what they say they will in a short space of time (an extra battery purchase arrived quickly, as did a replacement bolt).
I was sceptical about buying online, but have zero complaints & only positives. If I decide to buy a new e-bike in the future, this will be the 1st place I'll look.

I was searching for a proper bicycle shop in London for a long while. I wanted to have an electric folding bike with suspension and long range and nit too much weight to a decent price. Every other shop i went so far said i should inform myself on the internet, and it was literally a maze. It also felt like people just wanna sell me a bike quick without help. I called bicycleland for advice and a woman was picking up, omg she knew her stuff! I was impressed! Finally someone who knows about the bikes and could help me. I went to test some bikes, its not a big open shop, its more of a warehouse and a bit hard to find, but they have everything you need: a veeery good service and professionals who know their bikes and are passionate about it, a really experienced repairing team, they are very honest and they really listen to you and try to make you happy and they really have good and fair prices. I never felt ive got ripped off, i even wanted a more expensive bike, but ive been told that its not necessary. In the end ive got some super good accessoires as well, ive got everything i need there. I would definitely buy there again and also referred it to some friends already who wanna buy a bike soon :)

I had an extremley Bad experience with a company called electrochains. i bought from them on line. There were issues about Aftercare, Help and very bad service.
There was no support no contact absolute scam!!!Take the money,and run........
Bicycle land came to my rescue. I had bought a fido 1
Cargo bike, Which was faulty,and must of been a very early out of date model.Also Had dangerous Recall.
I was given support over this By Lucy who is a proper official Fido agent with proper shop premises called Bicycle Land........ Not just invisable online rubbish.
Even though i hadnt purchased from them i think with a bit of pressure. Good news the bike was replaced.

Worst buying experience my boyfriend and I ever had. We tried visiting the alleged store by going to the address stated on their website during their opening hours only to find a dodgy shop and no one there.

We thought we'd give them a second chance so my boyfriend called them earlier today to double-check that we could stop by to see the e-bike we were planning to buy. As it's not a cheap product, we wanted to make sure we saw it in person before buying – as well as being able to ask questions about assistance since they apparently are the only Fiido stockist in London.

It was confirmed over the phone that we could come by and check the bike. Although when we arrived we were unwelcomed by a very rude person who didn't even say hello and started to go on about having to show the bike. We calmly explained we wanted to see the product we were planning to buy, but at this point, it was clear to us that we were dealing with the worst service ever.

They said they were a third-party mechanic and only allowed Bicycle Land to register the address there – which only made it an even worse and dodgier experience.

After this second try, we've completely given up on trying to buy an e-bike from Bicycle Land and would strongly advise that you stay away from them.

Not only they made it seem like they were making us a huge favour by allowing us to see the product we were planning to spend over £700 on, but it was also clear to us that if we did end up buying the bike and needed any sort of assistance, it would be an even bigger nightmare.

Awful experience. We will now be looking for UK-made e-bikes that might be a bit more expensive but will treat us and our money properly and will definitely offer a better service.

Very good experience. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, must vist.

Very good waterproof e-bike ADO A20XE:
- the price is right;
- assisted mode is helping me to cycle easily on the road traffic with 22-25 km/hour;
- it needs about 1 kilowatt/100 km(35km/charge) in assisted mode since the first pedal on uneven asphalt(next to the kerb) with my 75 kg and the light is on.

Excellent job from the guys in the shop, they are very helpful and giving good advice. In the end I found exactly the bike I wanted. They even assembled it for me for a small fee if you don't want to go through the hassle. Will definitely recommend it.

My experience at Bicycle Land has been positive. The local mechanic is knowledgeable and accommodating. I was able to work with him to find the best value for money that is appropriate to my needs. I was able to speak with the mechanic like a consultant and gave me a fair analysis of the positives and negatives of each bike part product. I would highly recommend this local and trusted service.

We purchased two Ado 20's which have proved to be great bikes, at a fair price but better still immediate, friendly and fantastic support, even after several months of ownership! Bicycle Land, our full recommendation and first point of call when we are ready to replace/upgrade.
